Our Hiring Process

Receiving and Storing Resumes in the Database

Resumes received through various communication channels are stored in the company's resume database and reviewed when the organization requires new staffing.

Initial Evaluation According to Job Requirements

When the company needs to hire, the resumes in the database are reviewed based on the job requirements to ensure their quality and compatibility with the job needs.

Evaluation of Professional Competency

The specialized unit conducts a technical interview with the selected resumes. If approved, they are referred to the Human Resources Department for the next steps in the recruitment process.

Behavioral Competency Evaluation

After approval by the specialized unit, the recruitment team administers psychological tests approved by the company and arranges an interview to assess the candidate's behavioral competencies.

Formation of Recruitment Committee

Once the candidate is approved for the specific job in technical and behavioral evaluations, a recruitment committee—consisting of senior executives and managers—convenes. The job applicant with the highest score is introduced to join the Mapna Oil and Gas Development Company.
